SELF CHECK-IN - SCI
Self Check-In is a stand-alone or mounted unit which allows customers who are booked-in, to quickly and easily check their vehicle in, drop off their keys and leave without the need to see a Service Advisor.

Self Service is a growing phenomenon within all areas of the service industry allowing customers greater control of their service experience and enables those customers in a hurry to avoid the morning rush at service reception.

Complementing the appearance of any showroom, the freestanding Kiosk boasts a curved design to give it a modern high quality appearance and has a secure key safe so that customers can deposit keys.

The freestanding kiosk can also incorporate the added feature of a label printer and shelf to store envelopes, so that deposited keys can be more easily identified by staff.
DESKTOP
A simple desktop mounted solution, enabling you to run the application securely without the need for a kiosk.

(Using your existing furniture the desk surface will require drilling to accommodate fixing bolts and aperture for wiring).
HANDHELD
A portable tablet in a protective case which can work really well in a busy dealership where one or more hosts greet customers upon arrival.

This can also be configured with email alerts for Sales, Parts, Service, or Management when a customer is waiting to be seen.
