Operations Co-Ordinator

Location:

Church Square, Leighton Buzzard

Hours:

40 hours per week
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (1/2 hour lunch break)

Reporting To:

Operations Manager

Department Activities:

The operations team are responsible for delivery of products and project and ongoing support for our customers who are predominantly operating within the motor trade. Operations also support the sales and marketing function in the generation and conversion of sales leads.
Operational activities include:
  • • Off site preparation for, and Installation of equipment on customer premises
  • • Conducting physical and remote mystery shopping activities
  • • Customer consultancy services
  • • Ongoing product support & customer contact

Core Duties:

  • • Co-ordination and monitoring of activities undertaken by the operations team
  • • Planning of personnel and company assets to deliver against customer requirements and business efficiencies
  • • Office support for operations teams in the field
  • • Collation of outputs from off-site activities onto I.T. systems as appropriate
  • • Customer communication
  • • Uploading of reporting to web portals
  • • Maintenance and repair scheduling for company vehicles
  • • Collation and output of Ad-Hoc data for the Operations Manager as needed
  • • Assistance with the preparation & hosting for client meetings
  • • Provide support for other office activities as needed

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be well presented and able to demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, combined with good geographical knowledge of the UK. An attention to detail is a must.

I.T & Motor trade experience is advantages but not essential as training will be provided.
